2. Will the program support with sleep and waking up so much during the night?

The second most common result from the Midlife Energy Reset Program is better sleep, 7 hours minimum/ night.

3. Will I lose weight on the program?

With the exception of thyroid conditions (where metabolism is slower), clients have shown results in progressive fat loss over the 8 weeks.

Note: when you begin strength training, muscle is lightly heavier and will replace fat as you change body composition you will become more toned. The program begins by taking measurements at the start and end.

4. Will this program require counting calories, macronutrients and eating less?

No counting calories. The Midlife Energy Reset Program focuses on building a meal with key nutrients that are naturally dense or fibrous including increasing protein, healthy fats and complex carbs which will sustain you for longer.

5. I am interested in learning about gut microbiome and food sensitivities, will this program support that?

Yes, the program educates you why gut microbiome changes midlife and how to support healthy gut biome.
