Midlife Exhaustion Is A Message - My Story

Hello I am Leah Kapral -

I am a Certified Nutritionist, Scientist & Holisitc Menopausal Coach supporting women to understand and solve their midlife health changes.

Midlife symptoms can be incremental, mild or severe and different for every women. I had no health team in my early 40's and was left confused by health professionals and personal trainers.

After putting on 8kgs in less than 2 years, I tried tracking macronutrients, shake diets, fasting and nothing worked. My sleep was severely impacted, my anxiety returned, my confidence diminished and my world fell apart. I couldn't cope with my career and relationship, sleeping in separate rooms didn't change anything, craved sugar to give me energy, felt exhausted, deafening tinnitus, skin conditions and started to experience food sensitivities and joint pains... I had no idea I was experiencing perimenopause symptoms...not even my doctor, personal trainer or nutritionist mentioned it!

After not getting any answers - I went back to my roots biology and science and studied hormone science, nutrition and use health monitoring tests and evidence based lifestyle practices to provide a framework of health to manage midlife symptoms.

I designed the Mid-life Energy Reset Program to empower women to understand how declining hormones impact your health and what foods and lifestyle choices will most efficiently support you.
